We’re looking for a Project Delivery Specialist, EMEA to join our Offshore and Marine Construction team based in the UK or Belgium

Offshore and Marine Construction is a business unit within the Engineered Refurbishment target market.  The business develops and supplies the world's most technologically advanced and sustainable high performance and ultra performance cementitious grout-based solutions for the Offshore and Marine Construction industries.

The Offshore and Marine Construction team is located across all regions with a flexible expectation of servicing project backlog while monitoring future technological and demand changes.  The Project Delivery function provides crucial and expert project delivery service to the business while developing and maintaining a positive feedback loop from client experience into new business relationships.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of our offshore grout products and services to customer projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will develop and organise project specific logistics solutions to meet Client demands and expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for the Client as you steer complex projects through to completion.

The Opportunity: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for projects/clients. Establish project requirements and align with internal stakeholders to devise production and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery. Conduct supply-chain risk analysis and implement control measures where necessary.
  • Prepare project documentation including method statements, risk assessments and measurement sheets.
  • Be responsible for the continuous reporting on process adherence in-order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements (lessons learned) and opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive improvements.
  • Support in negotiations and in broadening logistics solutions and concepts for future projects.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree or passed commercial training focusing on business or logistics.
  • Project management experience, ideally in offshore renewables sector.
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgment in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and build sustainable internal and external business relationships.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (to client, stakeholders, and work sites)
