Responsible for the development of resinous flooring sales in the North Carolina and South Carolina. 
Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Exceed sales and profit goals by creating demand through specification and owner account development and pulling those opportunities through the flooring contractor customer base.
  • Effective follow-up and follow through on leads and opportunities provided by local Cross Selling Teams, Strategic Account initiatives and Inside Sales/Marketing.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of all Sika flooring products to provide high value consultation to customers in product selection, specification support and proper application techniques.
  • Strive to develop strategic partnerships with key specifiers, owners and contractors in the territory.
  • Provide support to contractors and end users during the installation of projects.
  • Develops and maintains architectural contacts to establish flooring specifications.

Tu experiencia - Nuestras fortalezas

  • College Degree (Preferred) or relevant working experience.
  • 5+ years of sales or related experience in the flooring or contracting industry.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiating, organization and listening skills. 
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, customer-driven, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Track record as a proven relationship builder with contractors, architects and end users
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel over 50% via car, plane and train.
  • Valid driver license
