Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop and run Group wide Sika`s ERM
  • Maintain the risk register
  • Monitor the sustainability of action plans and the effectiveness of mitigation activities
  • Prepare risk reporting to CFO, Audit Committee, BoD
  • Build up and lead the Risk Management team
  • Manage the Group Insurance Program, Internal Control System, TCFD data modelling.

Working with:

  • Finance: CFO, Head of Treasury & Risk Management, Group Controlling
  • Experts in all different functions such as Product Engineering, HR, Compliance, Legal, Sustainability, Treasury, M&A, IT, etc.
  • Regional and local Management members

 

Your expertise - Our strength

Education: 

  • University education in finance, business, economics, mathematics or similar
  • Additional Training in Risk Management

Experience:

  • Multiple years of experience as Risk Manager (>5 Years)
  • Background in Insurance, Consulting or chemical/construction sector
  • Broad understanding of Risk Management (not only financial risk but comprehensive risk view such as risk from sustainability, regulatory, HR, etc.)

Skills:

  • Strong in considering complex issues in digestible messages.
  • good communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of sustainability risk
  • knowledge about risks in the chemical sector would be an asset.
