This role is required to oversee, coordinate and manage the service, maintenance and development of our sites infrastructure. Our growing multi-site footprint across the UK (each site with different demands) requires expert facilities management to ensure the ongoing fitness of our working environments.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Facilities Management or Building Services Management Degree or equivalent.
  • EHS Knowledge
  • Contractor Management
  • Project Management Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Knowledge of Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015
  • Experience of working within a COMAH site is advantageous
