Provides strong support to all activities that support and enhance the business within assigned area. Supports the organization of operational activities of group as well as achieving sales objectives within area.  This includes key account relationships; customer satisfaction and support of newly attained “major” accounts. Responsibility includes calling on precast/pre-stress/drycast concrete producers, manufactured concrete products, engineers and contractors. Ensures that company initiatives, policies and procedures are implemented. Consults with TM Concrete Manager to enable development of Sika, - admixtures strategies that will increase market share, enhance customer relationships, reduce complexity, introduce new products, penetrate growth markets and increase profitability.

  • Supports management on progress to plan and adjusts plan based on feedback received
  • Supports key account relationships in the group’s geographic region. Accountable for integration and support of “major” accounts.
  • Accountable for professional development and training for business group personnel.
  • Accountable for group’s overall customer satisfaction.
  • Informs appropriate organizational function of competitor and market intelligence

Tu experiencia - Nuestras fortalezas

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • 3 years’ experience within the concrete industry. 
  • ACI Level 1 certified, NRMCA Concrete Technologies preferred. 
  • Technical understanding of concrete materials. 
  • Knowledge of ready mix, precast and dry cast production. 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning and time management skills, and quantitative skills.
  • Travel as required.
